Intervals: 2x 800m, 1x 2km, 2x 600m. Felt pretty good for the 2x 800m but the 2km killed me after the second lap and was pretty slow. The 2x 600m I recovered better for and did at a far better pace more comfortably. My technique is pretty poor in the moment so hopefully will work on this next week.
