Knee is improved on yesterday. A little more stable. A little less painful. Managed a gentle 1k in the first repetition. Only half a k the next. Might be able to get round the To-Day sprint length course.

Cracked the kilometre!!!! Done in two batches with 500 metres walking between. Not game to press further today.

Thought I had finished the map after doing the northern boundary. Got home and after uploading the gps trace onto all the other gps traces, realised I have missed one smallish area which may well have some mining detail. Back again some time. Will be on the way to the next map project at Whela.

"The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step". Well, that's the optimistic outlook. Certainly not over this injury, but at least I managed five 100 metre reps at very slow speed on soft flat grass. Doubt I will be capable of running at the To-Day.
