Had seen Physio CathyH this morning so body felt a bit weird from all the agony, I mean treatment, she'd inflicted on my lower back.

Session turned out to be same as what I did on Tuesday - 10*1min on, 1min off. Body continued to feel weird from physio till about the 3rd interval when things seem to click back in to place. Overcooked the 7th a bit so 8-10 were a struggle.
