Today was a solid bop with the guys. Hitting up the single track was nice. Hit up the road for the last 15 minutes. Good stretch and roll afterwards.

Shakeout with the guys once we got back from the Devil's Tower. We were pretty stiff after the car ride. Hit up the hips with the ol' stretches.
