Had to drive over to the north side of Melbourne for hospital check up (both babies looking perfect and no sign of common identical twin complications so far) so made the most of the trip with a run around my old stomping ground Royal Park. The big grassy hilltop up there (aka The Gods) is my favourite place in Melbourne.
Physically felt very comfortable and so happy to be out there amongst the trees and magpies :)

Walk with Tobi around Yarra bend - early enough to avoid too many people and anyway mostly not on the paths. Going to start logging walks since there isn’t much else.

Work up starving at 6am and cooked myself mushies on toast and then went for an early morning walk around Toorak. Followed by second breakfast :)

Easy jog after walking to the compost. Feeling more comfortable running than a month ago?
Nice to get outside after all day in the house (working from home). Going for a jog feels so normal even though the world is anything but. Lovely warm raindrops at the end.

Jog with Flo around the river in Harrietville. So lovely! The autumny light and forest smell made me feel like orienteering :)

Knee seemed ok so made the most of it with a run. Around the lovely grassy XC ski tracks at Lake Mountain where we camped overnight. Just a slow, comfy pace as usual. Beautiful.
