Heyington street O starting at Scotch College. Chose the 11 controls around the park areas and river which was nice, but since I’d given no thought to actual route choice I got stuck with a massive dog leg at the end because I’d assumed I’d be able to cross Gardner’s Creek.
Jogged at a comfy pace with no rush. Main problem was needing to pee from pretty much 10 mins in, and getting hungry.
Beautiful evening out - felt very autumnal :)

Morning run again along the coast from Castle Rock to Meelup Beach etc. Walked after 20mins because I got some sort of stitch.

Stunning morning run along the Meelup coastal trail (near Dunsborough WA) with a swim halfway and at the end. Slow but felt alright and no knee pains :)
