Creek jog, only as far as Bell St as I was still feeling a bit sub-par. Decided to stop feeling sorry for myself as it wasn't helping, so had half a cup of concrete and carried on.

Core at work, legs/glutes after the run. My housemates had to move backwards past me so I wouldn't feel like I was getting nowhere running on the spot.
