Found a place in Thornbury that does "80s fit" classes - not dance for the over-80s as David suggested, but aerobics-y stuff to 80s music.
I was very unco. Had to concentrate pretty hard and still wasn't always quite sure how I was meant to be flapping my arms around. Will probably go back though :)

Went out for a little jog and discovered that maybe my legs had worked harder at 80s fit than I realised.

Had been planning to bail at Jukes Rd, but figured that everyone else had run 28k today at Two Bays so I'd better do a bit more.

Escaped the city for a weekend on the Mornington Peninsula for some Two Bays spectating. Last year, I was keen to run the race, but lack of training put paid to that one.
Still, this was my longest run since Wonderland last August. Felt ok. Still a bit flat at the start, but settled into it. Least favourite part was the downhill to Waterfall Gully Rd. Kind of glad to be doing it by myself as opposed to with 1000 others. Stopped to fix a few course markings.

Still feeling pretty flat. Out for a slow fartlek session. Pleasant evening out.
