Needing some motivation to get out running, so ran a waterbird in the rain (a mildly-swan-shaped strava art).
Legs feeling very heavy and slow.
Stopped for a chat with an ex-colleague who caught me cutting through a worksite for the purposes of the swan.

Took a day off so went for a long ride in the sunshine.
Yarra River > Mullum Mullum Creek > Koonung Creek
Tracks were busy in parts, and quiet in others. Very nice and foresty and brackeny along the Mullum Mullum. Added a bit of bonus distance with a wrong turn.
