Awkwardly rolled on the ground a few mins into the warm up on a very untechnical track. Tripped and couldn't quite get upright so figured it would be easier to go down first and work it out from there.
Interval session. Hammie still a bit sore so didn't want to go too hard. Didn't feel like I could go much harder anyway.
I think I must have left all my fitness on the hills of Wagga!
Started off feeling ok and pushed a bit, but then struggled to keep going and everything seemed to be taking a long time to come up. Had problems reading the map later on too. Got pipped by Jayne - I shouldn't have stopped to pick up rubbish (and then spend a while trying to find the pocket in my tights) :)
So much going on in the park - expensive trail run, orienteering, canoe slalom, pony club, hockey, miniature train rides...
