Played really badly!!!! But we won 1-0:) against Clifton yesss :D intensity low because I didn't feel like I was playing to my potential or max effort:'(

So I went to athletics, and on the way it stared hammering down with rain and there was thunder and lightning and it was pretty crazy. When I got to track, everyone was inside and the floodlights were off. They said, after 20 or so minutes, that we weren't going to be allowed to go out.

So Maddie, Katie, Zoe and I decided that we would go for a run around Exeter (rain had stopped by this point). We were out for about 40 minutes and saw lots of emergency vehicles- one fire can had a boat on a trailer! And loads of floods.

Pretty eventful run in the dark around Exeter not gonna lie;)

Lost 2-1 should have at least got a draw

Lost 3-0 :( felt pretty low after this match don't know exactly why...but we had all the play they just scored on the breaks and I was pretty gutted ngl.

But I threw an aerial!!!!! And it worked and went where I wanted it to go!!!!! Well chuffed first time I've ever done that in a match:')

Won 3-0, I scored yay. They weren't a very good team but we played pretty well which is a good thing to end on. Unfortunately we then didn't make it to the knockout rounds, and I think that kings did in the other pool which doesn't really make much sense since we beat them in the last round!! But oh well, it was good practice at least.

Two warm up laps. Then a lap, exercise eg press ups then another lap etc 10times and then a sprint 400m at the end. Did the 400 in 68 secs which wasn't too bad considering I'd already done 10 laps and ten lots of exercises!!!

same HIT training to begin with - hamstrings quite tight but they just about made it through. then skills/drills and played a short game at the end. we lost, but the other team had Jonny and the team with Jonny on always win:')
