Felt kind of weird to begin with - think it's because I literally got off the bike and went for a run...don't know how triathletes do it :P but although my legs felt funny, the time is actually not too bad. Can't remember what my PB is for the CW cross run.
SOHC session. Quite good, did some shooting drills which was good. And then played a short game and did 'fitness' training which is about 3 minutes of running and everybody dies ;)
Can't be bothered to explain. Look at jonty's AP as I'm sure he will explain what they are. I did a slight variation on the last two reps but still a good session.
