Bit of gameplay bit of matches and stuff. Two hours then break then another 2 hours plus warm up and cool down but cba to add that in.

Won 8-0 which was really good! Had some people back again so that's nice, hopefully they're back for good now:) played left half and had a decent game. Oh and we got fish and chips for our post match teas <3

Hockey (East Devon tournament) 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: Astros

3 matches. Played cullumpton and won 4-0, absolutely hammered down with rain and all got soggy :( then played exmouth and won 7-0. Then had final match vs Kings which we were a bit worried about cos we only won 1-0 last time, but we beat them 5-0 as everybody played superbly! And I scored two goals one vs cully and one against exmouth. Played pretty good and good prep for the weekend of hockey :D

Find it so hilarious that my 1500m steeplechase time puts me higher in the country and SW than my 300m time. How is this even possible?!! maybe I should run steeplechase as my distance next year:')

SOHC training tonight. Didn't really do that much because Gus, our coach, wasn't there so some of the women were taking it. And then it started raining so obviously they finished early :(((

PE (Netball) 50:00 [3]

Played a bit of netball in our sports studies lesson - see this is why I do PE a level ;) really fun although the boys didn't really get the rules :')

PE (Football) 45:00 [3]

Football lesson in PE. Bit of a joke, but it was good to have two practical lessons in one day!

Started off with some 'High Intensity Training' which involved running for 30secs then walking for 30s five times. Then did skills and played a match.
