Found this cracking training programme, aimed specifically at hockey players. It's so cracking that I'm not even going to start it as I think it WILL kill me.
Running (CW cross and back) 13:45 [4] 3.14 km (4:23 / km) shoes: Asics road runners
Decent ish run, first road run in weeks! Appears as if I am really hockey fit but not very running fit... I feel like I need to do a lot more running before Futures else I will struggle...
Match against Old Bristolians. Only had 10 players, a lot of then from the 2nds team as so many couldn't play! Lost sadly 4-1 :( but I had a pretty good game and scored for only my second time ever for Sid and Ottery :D
5x200m reps of 4 hurdles trying to work on using both legs as lead legs. Good work as I haven't hurdled for a while:)

I technically spent another 30mins at the track cos mum dropped me off early...but I spent that time catching up with Sam and Zoe, so i can't really count it as training;)
