Athletics race (300m H) 48 [4] 0.3 km (2:40 / km)

It was so bad. So bad, like genuinely awful. I actually don't know what happened, but my time was 48.49 which is over half a second down on my PB. But it wasn't really the time that was the issue, my hurdling was appalling and I don't know why :( It's been going so well in training but everything just went bad today.

I actually felt ok with this. My time wasn't amazing (44.37) , but there was a really strong headwind on the home straight and obviously I was in a bad mood/was tired from the 300 hurdles. It was actually my third fastest time ever, so it's ok.

Decided to run the 200m for the first time this season :) I love 200m, it's such a fun race:D

My time was 28.57, which is a good bit slower than my times last season (PB - 27.86), but I think that I can improve A LOT especially if I hadn't already run a 300m about half an hour before and there was no headwind!! (It's worth noting that my times from last season had big tailwinds, with one a +3 tailwind!)

Went for my first ride in AGES with a friend! We went on a walk around the lanes, but obviously it's not much effort just walking, although I think I'll be stiff tomorrow as I used muscles I haven't used in like 3 years!!

Parents decided it would be a good idea to go for a cycle on Dartmoor. So we picked a nice route from Okehampton to Lydford. It was about 14km, but after about 5 mins, Dad realised he had left his wallet in the car so he had to cycle back. Anyway, we got to Lydford ok, had lunch in a pub, then cycled back. I felt fat because I had a burger...Oh well!

Note

Forgot to mention- we saw some convicts doing community service en route to Lydford. Well they probably weren't convicts...but they were doing community service for sure!

Hockey (Mixed Match) 1:05:00 [5]

First ever mixed hockey match. It was so fun! We won 2-1 (I set up the winning goal yay, it was from a penalty corner.) And I didn't get smushed by any aerials/flying hockey balls:)

It was such a bad run! I felt really slow, but then...after a gruelling 6 hour regional hockey session yesterday, I guess it's hardly surprising!
