Biking 6:09:06 [3] 101.22 mi (3:39 / mi)

Hwy 7 - Munger Shaw - Taft - minnoette to top off water bottles - laVaque - Martin - Jean Duluth - Normanna - Rice Lake past Island Lake a few miles - then down to Emerson - back to Minnoette to top of water - LaVaque - Birch Acres Road (small out and back on a dead end road, the road looked so smooth, had to go down it. Was hoping it went further) - Back to LaVaque - Schultz - Rice Lake - Martin - Old Miller Trunk - Munger Shaw - Hwy 7.
Calm winds the first half, then it started to pick up.
About 80oz of liquid, 8 cliff blocks, 1 pb&j sandwich that I shoved into my bike pouch and 1 bug-lol.

Might try dabbling training by heart rate for a while. Zone 2 training......seems kind of slow, but maybe that is a good thing?!
I need to read up on it more, but it has me curious.

Felt overheated the whole time. Still dehydrated from yesterday’s bike and afternoon of tree removal.
