Felt better than I thought I would....however right leg is jacked up now. My leg started losing power around mile 7. I saw the chiropractor at the massage table and TFL, hip flexor and IT band all tight. Although, following a race that may always be the case! Anyways, glad I have an appointment with Adam tomorrow. I will certainly need at least a few days off.
Still glad I ran.

6 strides. Paved trail almost right next to the hotel.
Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s run right leg felt a little like giving out on and off.
Took Thursday and Friday off and then kept Saturday off which was a planned rest day.
Felt ok today, not quite right yet, but a lot better. I think I should be ok for tomorrow’s race. I already have an Adam appointment set for Tuesday though......just in case.
