Strength and Conditioning 55:00 [3]

Strength and Conditioning via Zoom with R, plus some bonus stretching afterwards.

Orienteering 41:33 [4] 6.02 km (6:54 / km) +86m 6:27 / km

Linn Park MapRun (Long, 5.4 km) in 41:24 (officially). Big overshoot on 5, and some long waits for the beep at several controls (notably 6, 8, 11) and one which beeped when I wasn't even in the circle (15), but a good socially-distanced workout on a sunny but cold afternoon with lots of people and dogs out and about in the park and along the river.
