Welcome rest day after a hard week. Cold day with snow in the evening.
Terrain Run 50:29 
CLYDE Terrain Run. Dunellan with Ty, Mirjam, Iain and Alice in a chilly evening with frost on the frozen ground in 50:29. Another (this time thankfully minor) tree-related injury for Iain as we struggled though the short section of wood.

Interval Session intervals 1:20:26 
Garscube Interval Session at Anniesland. Warm up (13:30), 3 x 3 km in 14:25, 14:16 and 14:26, warm down (10:42). Tough session!
Exercise Bike 48:00 
Exercise bike for 48 minutes (19.9 km, 1,243 calories). Sweaty.

Slow jog to Mugdock Clobber Road carpark.
Terrain Run 5:29 
Change from road to orienteering shoes, then slow jog to the start of the orienteering. Unexpectedly met Dave (cycling) on the way to the start and then, even more unexpectedly, while we were talking Mirjam (running) appeared!
Orienteering 42:40 
Windows exercise planned by Rachel in the best part of Mugdock Country Park. Slow and tried. Mostly sunny, but with an unexpected shower at the end.
