CLYDE Terrain Run. Loop from Mugdock Visitors' Center through the woodland and across the moor to the north and then round Mugdock Loch to the south on a damp evening with Alice in 48:55.

Garscube "Strength and Conditioning" was actually a session of running drills focussing on posture and cadence (plus some stretching) this week.
20 hour day involving a day trip to the OU in Milton Keynes.

Slightly unexpected overnight fall of snow, so did a brisk run from the house with Alice to Milngavie, up to Mugdock (with an extra loop in the snowy terrain), and back via Clobber Road and the Craigdu Wedge in 65:45.
