Orienteering race 36:15 [4] 4.2 km (8:38 / km)

CLYDE/STAG Evening Event at Balloch Country Park, Long Course (4.2 km) in 36:15. Steady effort round a well planned course (by Donald) keeping to the best parts of the terrain. Lost a few seconds in a few circles, but otherwise fairly solid navigation.

Garscube intervals at the track. Warm up (11:00), 6 x 800 starting in 3:24 but finishing in 3:38, warm down (9:25). Session 56:03. Felt slow and heavy legged at the start, and things didn't get better as the session went on!
