Quick meeting in Arvin with Courtney to go over correct form for main powerlifts, some auxiliary lifts, and to start out a plan to help her get stronger. Currently working on creating a strength development program that she can use to improve total-body fitness. Should be good!
10 min walk warmup, then 15 minutes straight running. Started out at 7:30/mile and slowly worked down to 5:52/mile. Running fast feels very good. Closed with 1 min walk cooldown.
