running 1:10:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (30:00 @3) + (30:00 @4)

to and from francis park via wilmore, 3 x 1.25 mile T 858, 835,835. Last two I did out and backs on two sides to avoid windblown car exhaust. Sounds kind of neurotic but there it is.
