from bus, and then back home from tower grove park - bookin'.

running warm up/down 16:00 [2]

running race 20:42 [4]

Gently rolling paved course in Tower Grove Park, 62 degrees. Pretty good conditions. Didn't really feel a lot of pain, which could be a problem but also a sign of improvement. Basically felt like a smooth tempo run. 6:30, 6:53, 6:51 mile splits.

biking 1:30:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (30:00 @3) + (30:00 @4)

to fathers house via grants trail/gravois bypass, and back

yoga 15:00 [1]

2 sets of 4 pullups, 2 sets of 8 pushups, sides and front plank, flex drill.
