Ran with two maps, one of the area and one with o-intervals. Picked five points to slow down and pick routes for an interval, then would rest up until 2 minutes then go again. Good speed, nice trails, and I'll draw the routes I chose while running and use dotted lines to show maybe better routes I saw after finishing and recovering.
