Harder than the heart rate would indicate with moves like squats on an upside-down BOSU. An extra challenge this week--a squat and shin kick counted as one. I did 87 in the three minutes. My trapezoid and deltas were sore today--I'm not sure whether it was yesterday's workout or last night's yoga.
