Workout with Jared. Pretty aerobic tonight, with lots of fancy footwork. We also did ropes, and the gym had a new toy I got to try out--it's called the Extreme Monkey. When you throw a ball at it, it returns it to you. So I got to stand on one leg on a balance cushion and throw a medicine ball and catch it. Five reps each leg, three sets.
