Ran my Robinswood courses as a set of fast O-tervals, with 3-4 minutes rest in between. Apparently my third couse, which was longer, was also faster. I need to fit some worthwhile speed sessions into the next 2-3 weeks before Boston sprint camp; this was a good start.
Afterward I meant to roll across the street and scout out Bellevue College for sprint venue suitability, but I forgot.
June is going to be pretty bananas travel-wise for me, mostly because of orienteering. Over five of the next six weekends I'll be in Sacramento, Boston, Eastern Washington, Boise...and the Yukon?
