Walking 30:00 [0] 0.5 mi (59:59 / mi)

March for Science in Portsmouth. Walked from the main square towards Memorial Bridge and back. It was more tiring holding a sign up, than it ws doing the walking. Generally a good mood and energy in spite of gloomy weather. About half the cars going by honked in support of the effort. The entire event lasted about 90 minutes with about 500 people in attendance.

Road Running 19:10 [2] 2.3 mi (8:20 / mi) +20m 8:07 / mi
shoes: New Balance MT 101 sz 9

Run to work. Shortest distance via dam and Waterworks.
7 PM

Trail running 30:15 [2] 3.1 mi (9:45 / mi) +100m 8:52 / mi
shoes: New Balance MT 101 sz 9

Running home with an extra detour in CW to farthest cut down to river and
back via bridge. Came to exactly 3 miles. Garmin's ascent and descent numbers are pretty much fantasy - about twice as much as they should be.
I am reporting my best guess.
