Warm up mostly. Trying to learn a back start in like ten minutes.

Running 30:00 [4] 6.0 km (5:00 / km) +70m 4:43 / km

After the C trains got jammed up and I ran to the next station I figured that it was probably better to just run all the way to the Uni from downtown. The backpack was annoying.

Running intervals 10:40 [4] 3.2 km (3:20 / km)

4x 800m w/ 2min rests between intervals. Didn't get my times.
1 - fast
2 - slower
3 - slower
4 - friggin died (but only as fast as the first one)

Running warm up/down 7:00 [2] 0.9 km (7:47 / km)

2 laps for cooldown.

The worst part was literally just the walking between the boulders.
