Tricky third race. Was moving at full mental/physical speed through the technical sections but didn't take the extra effort to push on some of the longer running legs near the end. Favorite race of SART day 1.
Otervals course that I did my myself. Did one control at a time as fast as I could, paused at each control to recover, started next interval by redoing the run into the control
