Note

Went bouldering at New Quarry, AVon gorge. First time for 3 or 4 months since my dreadful finger injury. Really nice to move on rock again, finger fine, used all my fingers (not favouring the others), only did 45 mins, and enjoyed the stretching out that climbing gives - kind of vertical yoga.

I should do this once a week, to help with flexibility if nothing else. For, as I know now, I'm a massively "untalented" climber. Due to piss-weak grip strength.

Pub - 2.5 pints. Crucial part of training regime.

Achilles - felt fine. The pain has moved to Actuary's achilles instead. Poor him :(
