45 on the spinner. Heading to NZ for a bit tonight and want blisters to have healed enough to run when there. Perhaps more cross training would be beneficial? Maybe need to be a bit less stubborn when it comes to training to stop myself feeling spanked or compromising quality.

Up on Macedon with Joe, Tony, Mary, Aislinn and Max. Nice route, sort of just switched off for 2 hours in my own head for a bit which felt a bit antisocial but just really enjoyed it. Great place. Then Hanging Rock after. Need to find some rhythm with training, motivation is a bit low.

Boxing day track session with Joe, Tony and Mary. Very full after a couple of big days of eating, motivation was fairly low as a result. Blisters on both feet were a bit worrying but was distracted by the fullness.
4x1km(60s), 400m (90s).
Pretty tough session in the heat and for BD but got it done. Didn't feel spectacular but got on with it. Pretty worrying asthma attack on the way home, had to sit for about 10-15mins whilst Joe ran to grab an inhaler (knight in shining armour), then trotted back. Not grand.

Easy pre breakfast sprint training on Kew Asylum, Aston did a good job! Cool map and tried to be disciplined on my lines/running. Tricky sections but managed well. No pain in heels from fresh kicks.
