Easy with Joe and Antonia. Flying back to Melb early Tuesday morning then it's back to it. NZ has been cool, lots of hiking and active stuff, not logged obviously. Fitted in running where possible just to tick over. I don't really enjoy breaks in training, feel as though I've just lost almost 2-3 weeks of consistency. Been fun and done some nice stuff but time to get serious for next season now, both for orienteering and the fells. Will build back to normal through next week and plan during it ready to push on from here. 80s were pretty manageable up to Christmas so may keep it there until the end of January then start dropping a little and adding quality running and more technical sessions. Feeling fit and confident for the coming months.
