Warning up before 1500 mainly drills and stretching with v low intensity jogging

Fairly happy with the time as the wind was howling down the far straight. Lead the race from the off, setting a fast but comfortable pace then pushing on a little harder in the last 2 laps. Had a sprinter from another school sticking on my tail until the last bend where he put on a spurt, I had planned to kick as soon as it got straight but he went a fraction earlier and I realised a split second too late. Could/probably should have beaten him but am happy with 2nd and enjoyed the race.

Trying out the new bike (Indigo Vuelta AR1) have been itching for the last 2 days to get out and ride. Headed out frolesworth~ashby parva~leire~dunton~broughton~frolesworth~leire
First proper time on a road bike and I loved it, using this more in training. Quads felt pretty tired on hills.
