A wee bitty injured. Right Achilles has taken a battering with the past week of hilly road runs in my new shoes. Battered my quads instead.

Christmas present run in the hills behind town. Out the Killyglen road, then right and up to the standing stone. Feystown road back to Cairncastle and in via Brustin Braes. A tad chilly at points but nice run. Hopefully haven't tired myself too much for the family sports day tonight...

Nice run out the Brustin Braes, then back along the coast road. Threw in 2 sets of 5 x 1min on the steepest hill. Pushing harder each rep.

Pushed the pace up for a few miles on the coast road too. Bushed now!
