Trying to get back into things other than spinning. I'm allowed to run as long as my wrist doesn't hurt. I also have to stay on boring roads and flat stuff to avoid tripping and falling. Took it pretty easy and bailed when I started feeling it in my wrist. 35 minutes isn't too bad tho! Nice spring day :)
