Kind of headachey, so no elliptical today. Knees have also been achier, even just when I'm trying to fall asleep. I'm kind of wondering if it's the weather! October was when the headaches started last year.

Low-key strength. Also my left hamstring insertion (?; the one in back of my knnee) was feeling weird so that got in the way of a lot of left-leg stuff, but luckily my right leg is the one that needs more attention :)
Very light weight on quads extension and single-leg leg press, since I haven't done them in awhile. Made me feel better that someone much more intimidating looking than me was struggling with the 10lb single-leg leg press! (This machine partly uses body weight)
