IT’S FALL! <3

Lower leg hurting in the first 10mins so stopped and took off my calf sleeve and voila. No pain.
Quad was uncomfortable but not painful. Just a little awkward on the hills. Nice and bruised.

I’m genuinely concerned about my quad/hip at the moment. It feels just like my IT band and glutes are really tight when I’m just stretching them out but then walking and running is almost this sharp kind of pain that I've never had. I can feel that my hip flexors are tight since it feels like I have a stomach ache but only on the right side deep down. Definitely related to this problem. I’ve had some treatment by our trainers for this but it hasn’t really helped and it’s just left me nice and bruised. Maybe I’ll go see the head therapist but I kind of just want to let it naturally heal... not really sure what’s up or what to do.
