Thats also what I've settled on - a minute each seems more than adequate without getting ridiculous. Though I start with F>R>L>S

F and S = ?

Full and supported (that is, full=on hands and supported=on elbows)? Front and ?

I'm going with Forearm > Right > Left > Straight, but perhaps Mr. Charlie has different abbreviations?

And then there's B for back- good for hams and gluts ie F, R, B, L, S etc then F on one leg each and on bosu ball- the options go on :)

Of course they do. I was using the same abbrevs as Clint, will pick up B for next time, seems like a good idea.
