I was thinking the same thing. This is R-pace for a VDOT of 50-52. You sure you want to train faster than that? Going faster than R will incur a lot of recovery time without much additional addaptive benefit.
maybe i should get the bug more often then. i guess its just as good an opportunity to see that everything is unfolding smoothly and as one. hard to resist though, a coach would take care of that, thanks guys.
