Discussion: 7 hours??

you mean you were stuck in traffic for 7 hours? That's awful - especialy as you were the only driver (or were you driving with Eileen?) Bet you were glad you weren't working Monday! What was the problem?

It was some kind of accident. The worst thing was not knowing how long it would be (reports from other drivers had been 3 hrs) and not being able to contact Jonathan to let him know we were ok. Luckily Eileen found out about it and told Jonathan (but then the roads website said it opened at 12am when it was actually 3:20am). In hindsight I should have just pulled over and got some proper sleep and carried on in the morning, or driven back to Radium to a motel.
