This presentation was a rehash of one I did at PWT in Perth 2 years ago. I covered six lessons that people had told me but only made sense in hindsight.

The six lessons are:
-Anyone can run 8:30 for 3000m
-What does it take to be world champion? 2x7x52x10 (a mindset)
-Consistency is key.
-Big goals are more fun
-You're only ever 6 weeks from a PB
-Aim to stand on the start line knowing you are ready.

I thought the PWT presentation was online somewhere but I can't see it. Maybe I'll write it up for a blog post at some point.

Think I might have audio (maybe even video) recordings from the PWT presentations somewhere, have absolutely no idea where to begin looking however...
