top effort Jase, sounds like training is paying off, and all that weight loss must also help when it comes to the running times. Keep up the good work!

Yeah good on you Jase, things are looking good for the marathon, amazing for once Coach Hoggster's athletes and Coach Hoggster himself are training consistently and staying injury free! Shame I'm letting the team down although i did 50 min in the snow with BJ yesterday!

50 min in the snow??? Are you in Finland? I thought you were staying up pretty late?

Yep, BOF flew me over to Europe for a job interview so I spent a day and a half in Finland with BJ before flying into Manchester today for the interview. I fly back to Australia tonight and get back to Canberra Friday morning before flying up to Brisbane for Nationals Track and Field over the weekend and then up to Cairns on Sunday for work.

Its going to be a tough week!

What a nightmare of flights, you wont know what time of day it is by the time you hit Cairns - cool that BOF flew you over though, good luck with the interview!

yeh good luck with interview candyman. obv. drop mine and robs name in there a few times and that should hold you in good stead. if you get the job will you instill a tour de pete equivalent as part of team training?
