Hi. Do the hip Flexors hurt after a day of cycling?

Mine only hurt after running on the pavement, but don't bother me at all after an orienteering meet or trail running, or biking.

Maybe it was the cycling that made them hurt, because they felt fine today. I'll pay more attention next time I cycle and then run.
