What is the minimum run exactly? Liggo used to claim it was 30 mins, however we might need to check out his AP log to verify this.

I'm sure the AP police will be onto it, especially now Craney's downunder.

Worked up a good sweat so I considered it worthy of a log...I wouldn't be logging much with the 30min rule. Must have a good catch up soon Clarabel and find out all about LA.

During the infamous food poisoning time of the 1993 national squad camp i remember Blair saying that he considered a 20 minute run the minimum run for his 365 days in a row of training.

Was it 93? I thought it was '92 as I was in Norway at the time and I got a letter written to me from a number of participants on a long length of toilet paper.

I believe I've heard Blair say that before as well. 20 minute minumum for a run.

If working up a sweat is the criterion I could log just about everything.

1992 it was. 20 minutes was the minimum (other than races) I considered for streak-maintenance purposes. I've logged shorter than that since but mostly for the purpose of logging whatever injury prevented going any further (there was one of 25 seconds a couple of years ago).

A 20 min streak? I thought the minimum for that was the distance from the Keys' old Eglinton St place, around the roundabout, then back.

Will have ask a certain member of my family about that criteria.
