good onya Jase! top effort, where was muzza?

Muzza wouldve been about 19flat. Forgot to mention highlight of way back. there were some partiers having a barbie in one of the parks on course and on the way back they were offering runners beers. caught a good 10m on Muzza when he grabbed a beer and had a swig! Great work Muzza - party-dudes were impressed as well. Didnt help his form as he slowed a bit after that!
