Good for you...to knock the dust off that thing. You motivate me to put in a piece or two of my own this week. Thanks. I too have been slacking off rowing...with the excuse that I'm allowing my right shoulder and triceps to recover. And they do feel a lot better now.
It would be a shame to let all our good work from March and April slip away. My shoulder and triceps difficulty is on the left. Good luck with yours.
