Hi Tori. Just wondering if you do any rolling as part of your stretching program? Rolling the outside of the thigh (iliotibial band) can be very helpful in some types of knee pain . Just a thought.
Thanks, i actually missed this comment when it was first posted but my mum caught it, i have been rolling y IT band and doing some knee exersises from the physio AND so far it seems to be better so fingers crossed!
