hey hey hows the training going? I see you are much ahead of me in putting up your race analysis, mine are going up today. I was going to finish them yesterday but I ended up in the hospital as a result of a really nasty flu! hope you're healthier than me! (though I feel much better today, it was a 24hr thing THANKFULLY!)
