If you chuck in a few leg blasts then I think it adds value to the abdominal stuff (working abs through a blast of leg generated lactic)
I used to arrange my circuits order so it went leg, abs, arms, legs, abs, arms etc.
examples:
Run on spot, high knees
alternate single leg thrusts
squat thrust & star
rapid bench steps
telemarks
