If the blockage continues, perhaps you should adopt the Esselstyn diet. I have no doubt that would knock it right out of there!

Esselstyn looks to be GREAT for your heart. Some of the diets for intestinal issues, on the other hand, are actually LOW fibre. I'm not sure what that means exactly. My heart is likely to be the last thing to go (long after brain, for sure).

Krugg! I certainly hope not. Those variables were readily predictable and supposedly programmed for when I assumed this annoying host's personality. Perhaps the primitive "FL Double Contrast Upper GI W Small Bowel Follow Through" procedure this morning will reveal something. Krugg!
