Don't forget the little things that you can do to help yourself too - good nutrition and hydration, relaxation exercises will all help and will hopefully make you feel more positive. Tackle your work in bite-size chunks so that you can tick off "success" at regular intervals.
Thanks. Trying to. Currently working out the best way to do things because things have changed now I can't control everything. Yeah, I don't really have that much work compared to last semester but I'm struggling a lot more than I was and it's inflexible work that I'm worried about. It's a lot easier if I can control when and how much I do at a time.
