I spent £23 on November classic - last chance entry - last night ; within an hour I was squitting the toilet again.

just had another attack. I starved myself all day.

not sure about anything anymore, tbh. I have stopped making plans.

I don't think starving yourself is a good solution. The infection or whatever is preventing your intestines from absorbing liquid, which is why there is excess liquid (to put it delicately). Not eating food is not going to help your body fight the infection.

Don't put yourself under pressure to get better quick, you know that some things take time. Of course I'm hoping to see you on the start line for SPOOK relays
